Symbian 3, marketed as "Symbian^3," brings a host of much-needed improvements and enhancements in three key areas: user interface, multimedia, and performance. It won't be "feature complete" until the end of the first quarter, and then it will be another four to six months from that point until we see actual devices, but the outlined changes look promising.

 Google's Chrome Operating System was first announce in July, and it pledged to make the source code available later in the year. And to what certain extent, TechCrunch has managed to obtain information from a reliable source stating that the OS will be available next week. Although not the real commercial product, if the statements are true, we could be seeing the beta version which will of course expected to have crippled drivers support.
